Owned by the public (Government). (Local yes, State negligible, Federally funding yes)
MARTA aren’t independent of Government incentives to EDE, imho. (Explain how they are dependent on these Government incentives?)

You drop a comment like a hot potato. Your implication is clear.

So what of Wikipedia or Google? the information is publicly available
