MB, by your own estimates EdenCrete sales won't come close to requiring the expenditure and jobs that must be generated to qualify for the Georgia tax incentives. Without the incentives, Georgia is just another location for a production facility - it's much more likely that Eden would continue to expand progressively, as needed, in Colorado IMO.
