True Furniture, but given the Solomons interests are highly aligned with the interests of both EDE & TAS shareholders - significant personal holdings & a history of dealmaking - any deal is likely to be be positive for existing holders, eg, recent negotiation by Solomons in placing EDE shortfall shares at a significant premium.
IMO a nearterm takeover would be a pity however.... I would rather see any corporate interest be harnessed to raise some relatively non-dilutionary capital to accelerate the opportunities.
