I think all investors need to look at the simple maths of EDE

Number of shares on issue
$ required and extra dilution to survive
Net Margin on product
Amount that needs to be sold to give return to shareholders after Management have taken all the bonus , consulting, advisory etc etc they may choose to do and that still ignores any current or further related company loans

Which ever way you look at it it is a tough gig to actually get any value for shareholders that they could realise apart from a pump on the market.

So nice to watch if somehow they actually eventually get sales and succeed with any market penetration but you have to consider if it is a actual investment or you are just watching and hoping because you area trapped minority holder

Unless one of the linked companies somehow becomes successful ( and that is looking slimmer and slimmer odds IMO) of some other business is backed into them and funded they IMO are just paying listing and management fees and not ....................................
