You can make realistic estimates a couple of ways. One is to remember that the process was developed to make commercial hydrogen as cheaply as possible from natural gas. If you look at the atomic weights, on a weight basis the CNT production costs only 1/3 the amount of hydrogen production. On top of that, you also then have the hydrogen which has significant commercial value. Using it to fuel the reactor reduces the cost of the CNT production by a further factor of maybe ?20%.
So if you look at other estimates of cheap hydrogen production using similar catalysts (like the "Hazer" process) you might be able to guess around how much it costs to make the CNT. Since the additive is mainly water and some surfactants, the other materials are probably not very expensive. The rest of the costs come from handling, mixing, labour, storage and plant maintenance etc.
So have a go at estimating using this guide. Maybe you'll be surprised. There are a few posters who have said Eden is selling it below cost.
