variable costs and small margins are where your analysis is missing the point that PigsMightFly is trying to make. For every increase in line 1.1 there are corresponding increases in the variable costs in subsections of 1.2. Basically to sell more product they need to make more product. How much sales do they need to lift the bottom line above zero if it costs $1 to add $1.10 is sales receipts.
