Well smarty explain why the trial was on Georgia infrastructure?? Seems like assistance to me and possible future contracts??
I understand they have not had fiscal assistance, but a government giving you the opportunity to conduct an experiment on thier actual hwy is a big thing.
Seems a logical next step to then order some more if it saved you money.
