IMO its been trialed already by the CDOT and this commercial project conforms its approval in this application. More projects will likely follow.
My question is what is the benefit from the 0.5gal/cu yard? Is it freeze thaw resistance, lower permeability or better tensile strength? You wouldn't think abrasion resistance would be important.
Just be nice to know.
