"Announcements like this offer excellent opportunities to trade the relative values for freebies once again. Price volatility and volume that is required was there in abundance today. I didn't take the freebies but did top up the petty cash with a comfortable amount. By looking at the trades today I suggest that I am far from being the only one in on this bonanza.
Odd that this news was not available for release at the AGM. I wonder why. News like this a year of so ago would have had the SP closer to 87c than the 8.7c that it is right now. It also looks as though the directors have given up trying to influence the relative values. They have broken past tradition of starting a TAS announcement with a statement of the EDE value held by TAS on a per share basis and comparing it to the TAS SP. "
You can also compare the number of posts on TAS threads with those on the EDE threads and come up with the same relativity.
