EDF pulling the plug.
I really can't see how this is a better result for them if PDN goes into administration when a potential resolution is within 7-8 weeks.
Negotiating tactic? Michelin + cash after the sale? They've got PDN over a barrel so I guess they can ask for whatever they want within reason...
If it goes to the administrators - where will EDF be in line to get their $$$ back?
