Just read it. Perhaps they are playing hardball and will agree over the next few days?. It is actually the worst outcome for EDF, they wont get their money for years if administration is triggered. They will have to line up with the other creditors and all arguments will have to be heard. Their best outcome was to let PDN cut a deal. It some extend it doesnt matter where you line up as the admisntrator has to go through the whole process before releasing a cent. Notwithstanding, you can bet there will be a court case or 2. The drama continues.
