So it looks like the underwriter is getting 150 million new shares at .005.  The upside for us, is that they will have to create a huge amount of interest in order for them to be able to sell them at a profit (or even sell them at all).  Just have no idea when that will be but there are numerous possible catalysts in the near future.  I think that Bolobip/May river will be the catalyst for this to really take off.  A huge discovery is the jackpot, the game changer.  The other things will add strength and value, and steadily increase the SP, but not necessarily explosive SP action.  Until that event happens, I consider those shares to be locked up.
