A sell is a sell.
2:1 ratio of sell volume to buy volume. Subtract that seller (20M shares), and still a proliferation of sell orders (real, or otherwise). I will say, however, that Market Depth is not the best guide to price (potentially misleading) . Price itself is, quite simply (vs. a dazzling array of after the fact technical indicators etc...).
