As you are all aware, GIB is in the process of delivering its maiden MRE on the Edjudina gold project, I am looking forward to this as  there have been a number of corporate inquiries regarding the gold project as announced by GIB only last month.

A haul road owned and operated by Northern Star Resources runs through the north of the project tenement directly to the Carosue Dam milling complex 45km to the south west.

What is ever apparent is Northern Star is hungry for additional ounces, today they just acquired STK's Milrose gold project for a whopping $61m which has a Mineral resource of 346koz @ 1.80g/t located 40km east of Northern Starts Jundee operations

There was also a demerger update at Iroquois which GIB holds 20% of free carried to completion of BFS

Demerger Update
The Company has decided that, in light of the sale of its interest in the Millrose Project and provided completion of the Transaction occurs, it will be putting the Demerger on hold for the time being. In the immediate short term, the Company will continue to advance both projects via exploration programs undertaken by the Strickland team. The Company will, however, assess all options relating to the projects in due course.

So these extra funds should see an improvement in the pace of drilling activities at Iroqious you would think.
