Project location is tier 1. No the Cadillac fault where known large deposits are found. So EUC (Name change needed) already in a highly prospective area and elephant country.





Key infra, work force and mining laws in place.




Deposit is open and shallow deposit.

If i were EUC Geo, i'd start by targeting high grade areas and get the market exciting and program going.



And reading their latest presentation, seems that could be the strategy




We have the right GEO with Canada experience. Very necessary, seeing alot of Companies bring in GEOs from Africa to different terrains and most are unsuccessful. Dale Ginn has made his discoveries 10moz all in Canada. And i think that is important, he is familiar to the area. Don't want to be wasting time with Geos who don't know what they are looking for. Costs time and money plus you get alot of dud holes. Not the case here.




Expansion of land for further growth a big tick.


Adding and many have mentioned this here, we are getting a good entry point that is low cost 650k CAD and 100m EUC shares. Gives previous owners skin in the game plus they get the upside. They would of only do so, if they believed in the upside of value. Otherwise they would of just taken the cash.




All in All, i think this is cheap and will rerate ahead of drilling.
