I believe the total $24.7 Mill includes the new 150 Million shares we voted for at the AGM, plus the 1st tranche of 202 Million 7c options for the total.
The only options in play after we receive the money is their 500,000,000 options. Which they can do what they want with.
Why would they exercise these options so early? My opinion is they believe the permit being issued is very close.
