If an MD is ex-broking its easy to see how some would perceive potential conflict to serve the old industry more than the shareholder's interest.
Brokers & their mates make money exploiting junior companies. Share consolidation is just one of their tools to strip shareholder cash. Its hard to see what technical expertise a broker brings
Not true in RXL's case though. Definitely not.
