It's only a paper thing (procedure).
The consolidated shares on issue, at the open, is a nicer looking figure (down 25%).
The consolidated share price has increased by 25 percent, but only at the open.
Nothing else changes with the exception of mismanagement looking sort of competent.
Once the open kicks off, more than likely, the share price dives into double loses for shareholders.
