They don't actually have any tenements only earn in agreements on known dusters. These earn ins were established for the sole purpose of relisting/requoting, securing an actual project was one of the objectives and as such they issued 40M shares to Mark Holcombe to find them a project which has resulted in nothing.

At the successful completion of not securing a project they issued themselves an ungodly number of shares despite not hitting their own objectives. I love the hubris of the statement 'given the achievement of the above objectives' I guess they knew none of the gaslit holders would call them on it.
