No one will receive any money from the unmarketable share sale until all shares within the facility have been sold, noting there is not much liquidity I wouldn't expect this anytime soon.
They also haven't announced the results of the offer, my gut feel is suspension is a more likely outcome within the next few days as solvency needs to be questioned, they only had 0.4 quarters of cash left at end of June.
I would think pulling more money out of SYA wouldn't be an option as while SYA holders have for the most part buried their heads in the sand regarding past transfer of funds into 1MC I am sure that would no longer be ignored. SYA holders can smell the Disallowed brewing if the AJM gang get the boot.
