    They kind of have to consolidate to continue operations, they can't raise and eventually SYA shareholders will get curious about funding 1MC so the common CEO can draw a wage from both SYA and 1MC while driving both companies into administration.

    Think I have put this out previously but 1MC wont exist in 12 to 18 months the consolidation and follow on raise just pushes it closer to 18 months rather than what it would of been which would of been less than 6 months.
