I think Archerx issue is not only the graphite supply it is also the production facility side.
Can you point to where ArcherX has any graphene production facilities ? As far as I am aware they don't have any, they are yet to gain approval for this as it is all tied into the mining license / production facility approval with the South Australian Government.

FlexeGRAPH has a 2tpa existing capacity, where the method is reported as being scalable.

IMO this would be enough to continue with small purchase orders / testing, they must be talking with someone major who needs more than 2tpa to enter into a agreement with FGR. Maybe Volvo / others are keen for this new technology to be used in there EV? with the 60% increase in thermal conductivity it should allow for the batteries to have a greater cooling capacity that should result in a faster charging time.
