If offtakers were pressing to drop the floor price in 2019 and directors sought safe harbour in Feb 2020, it would seem they had quite some time to arrange funding to survive.
Despite the months of pressure and having run a data room prior to administration the board still appeared to be blindsided by the noteholders calling it quits.
I suppose it could be said AJM went broke gradually then suddenly.
