I'm regurgitating what I've digested in this forum. A few posters have indicated they have directly contacted ASIC to complain. This is complaining about the deal PLS did to get ALO. I don't think it matters anymore what anyone wants. If ASIC or other regulatory bodies have a sniff of wrongdoing then the cat is out the bag mate.
