The note holders - them again - had extended the line in the sand multiple times, and despite all the extensions and repeated chances they gave Altura (@Sjlasx do you happen to know how many failed interest payments and extensions there were please?) the debt grave the ever more diluted AJM was digging itself just got deeper!

They likely petitioned RCF to quietly set up the death knell after doing their maths on whether there was any real value in the deal AJM was proposing. IF THE NOTE HOLDERS THOUGHT THERE WAS VALUE IN THE RECAP THEY WOULD NOT HAVE JUMPED SHIP!
