They have a coal asset which is practically worthless.
Nobody knows yet what the plan is but there must be a plan of some sort to even bother bringing this thing back to life.
One thing for sure is they need:
1. a new project and/or
2. a new direction
3. cash.
Im guessing an announcement will be made stating what point 1 and 2 is, and they'll be asking for point 3.
