My position is that they'll do a share consolidation followed up a credit raising.
This would leave a funded and debt free company that is free to move. I'd like AJM to stay in the energy minerals sector but possibly move up the chain. Instead of spending hundreds of millions developing another mine, why not look to partially or completely fund a conversion plant. I know of two plants that are being planned in WA and even partial ownership of a plant could be a long term win for holders and Directors.
My main concern is that they'll do the consolidation, raising, settle their own debt and then drain the rest of the funds in Director Fees...
Regardless, worst case scenario, I've got a solid tax loss!
