Havent seen terms of this DOCA, but deal will involve existing shareholders shares being diluted and probably their holdings reduced to maybe 5% of issued shares, after 95% new shares issued and to be owned by parties of the deed, (new shares can involve being issued to existing management, material creditors) I would expect shares to become worth say 0.5c, but then existing shares get consolidated to say 10 shares become 1, to make value appear better than 1/2c.
You may even get a chance to throw more money away, and participate in a new capital raise !
Existing management will still be there after DOCA.
