the administrators would have all the information on what happened in the background with this company . i would think it would not be in their best interest to put it out there . they are only interested in the transaction put in front of them . a group action could get some signatures together and forward to the gov ,yet i would think that most of us here has small shareholdings and do not want to spend the time on it ..... wittenoom / states that at least they are relisting and we will get some money back .that's a shrug the shoulders answer and would think that the shiny shoes squad has that in mind before they put all this in action ... so the people in the know (corporate) do get away with it again !! and the mums and dads loose some money yet not all of it . wittenoom i see your side of it and i am happy to recover some money too .... i wont harp on about this once we relist yet do want to let everyone know that we have been ripped off big time ...
