RCE is operating in the same style as CMQ. Hopefully RCE will provide more solid APVMA / TGA / FDA regulatory substance ($$$$$$$$$$) rather than old style CMQ drip feeding of CMQ style announcements. I recall CMQ holding some form of ASX record for announcements in one week.
I think RCE is using the same chemical functional groups to effect treatment, but the 'rest' of the atomic structure is a purposely chosen different pathway - hence RCE's likely ability to avoid potential patent infringements from CMQ days (a common practice).
