Going through the last 12 months I have not seen one on market purchase from any of our directors- plenty of performance rights etc but no on market buying. Confidence is everything in the market and directors need to start buying around these levels on market to give shareholders confidence, show they are prepared to put more skin in the game not just accumulate free shares & options.
