Let's not lose sight of the fact that the deal at 10c has fallen over, so this looks to me like a short term desperation play to raise some working capital to avoid running out of cash completely.
The 100 store thing within 12 months sounds good at first glance, but there's a lot of detail missing:
- What are the consequences for EG if they don't meet the target?
- What is the price at which OLI will supply EG and will they make money out of the deal?
- Will the remainder of the business continue to burn cash and how much longer can they hang on for?
