It's just such bad timing. The board did a great job turning things around and then get hit by an unusually intense bushfire season topped off with a lockdown due to Corona. It must be mentally difficult as well for the board, I'm sure some of them had checked out already thinking this was sold. I hope they can keep up the good work and get through this. I would almost prefer this deal to fall through all together and provided they can survive the coming time, build up the company again (or get a better deal).
