Im amazed the SP has held up with all this stupidity. Likely when its finalised there will be pressure with the losers selling out. This business is like an 'Adams Family' of disjointed, misaligned sub entities and the shareholder/ management squabbles reflect this.
Quick question - what are the liability provisions/ protections for SEQ's structured products if this joint really goes south ?
