    add auditors to the target list. Why isn’t the company going after them?

    Maybe the BOD signed off on the accounts. Maybe the Acting CFO did the audit.

    Who is investigating the Acting CFO …. The Acting CEO which is the same person.

    Come on BOD this doesn’t look good.
