What if McGovern didn't act by choice, but was forced by Madafferi or his associates with violent threats against McGovern or his family?

None of us really know what happened to those funds yet. Hopefully the AFP / ASIC will do their job & we'll find out at some stage, but for now, you don't know what McGovern did or didn't do.

McGovern could have sold his holdings without criminal consequences if he wanted to cash out - it doesn't make sense to me that he would undermine the value of his holdings by stealing company funds, whilst also risking criminal prosecution. He could have just transitioned a new CEO, sold off his holdings and sailed into the sunset without risking jail time, or continued earning in other ventures..

I hope we find out what McGovern did / didn't dubber do soon.
