Looks like they just got this over the line.
They needed 50% of eligible shareholders - they got 51.7%
Also needed 75% of eligible votes - they got 82.16%

Unfortunately First Samuel & others, spent the last month mopping up all the smaller shareholders who wanted out early.
Number of eligible shareholders ended up 335 vs 304 with 17 not voting.
(wouldn't have taken much to turn this around)

Despite their negative commentary about the outlook, RCF are willing to wipe off all their debt for 97m shares...I think we can all see through this crap.
