yes i believe there is the link with LF and fred as you mentioned . with the meeting it sounds as if this has been asked by a sh with at least 5% of shares behind them. i don't see it as the company initiating the meeting first. if it was the company first the proposal to change board and carry on would come after
and not in this annocement , so i would think if we carry on LF will have involvement
