I knew about Freedman with his 11% or so holding in PET, and I'd been to all the Sydney shareholder meetings when he was chair. But hadn't picked up the link with Bart ( I only looked at directors not substantial shareholders). So thanks for that.

I assume they're thinking to use the existing technical skills that PET has amassed overseas to support the sales, and to advise the new board appointed CEO in due course. I might try and ask Graeme if they intend to outline their financial and operational plan to shareholders before the EGM. Would be a good move for them, I think.

I agree with you that they expanded too quickly ( maybe with the benefit of hindsight and the post-covid reality of government funding), and that the company should be able to survive and rebuild with a more energetic and targeted board. It does feel as if our current board has just thrown in the towel at the last hurdle.
