Delisting will submerge the whole thing into murky waters where there will be no transparency and likely zero payout.

Election of Bart and Co will preserve the interests of current controlling parties and slowly drain the cash away.

I suggest voting no to all of the proposals.
This way they would need to get all affairs in order and simplified before any potential delisting.
