anyone bar the current management and board can do a better job. Ever since the current management got installed - the company has been spending money on side things (blowing the fraud to extra ordinary proportions and then not pin pointing it and spent millions after millions of company money in pursuing dead ends so far) and not paying much attention to the business. The company can survive if costs are taken out (like spending a million on MD and his side kick - what for?)
