    am trying to understand, post restructure, what would we have?
    a 1 share in new unlisted co for every 1AG share held?
    what can we do with the share in the unlisted co?
    if we need money how do we dispose of it?

    thoughts anyone?
    sorry - have never held shares in unlisted co before so not sure how it works
