unlisted = not traded on any exchange but doesn't mean it is worthless... if they start a dividend stream then it will be worth its weight in gold (not literally ) .... so you will receive dividends for the next 9 years or so - should be worth more than the split part of 1AG in the longer run...

sometimes another company may takeover such dividend paying unlisted companies too - so anything can happen...
