But, I am getting closer, and closer. I have learned heaps in just a week mate. You have the benefit of what...years. And lets be honest mate, not havin a crack, but you'll agree you haven't exactly been a fountain of knowledge to help me. And that's fine..we're all different. So, it's been hard mate, they really make it hard.

Maybe I should just call them and ask them what exactly is their business model...I mean, what is the key to securing more contracts...is it VSN...and if so, how can they prove that it's uptake is rocketing like the say? And that big clients are interested and signing up.
