This EGM is just another example of the farcical management which Craig presided over which included the countless refinancing delays, late statutory reporting, offshore investment debacles and and the weekly financial updates which should have been covered by a single monthly report. Dont get me wrong I think terracom is an awesome investment but I have never before followed or invested in a company who's management has given me quite as many chuckles due to their incompetence. Voted no but expect resolution to pass and due to coal price I don't think Craig getting one final underserved payout matters much at all.
