Interesting though some companies have been pelletising coal fines since 2006. From the link below it can be seen that briqueting has been carried out since the 15th century. So many companies just pelletise as it's cheaper, especially with coal prices so high.

White's interest goes as far back as 2010 with early plans in place in 2015. So confidence in high-scale production in the short term is not very high.
