Only 2 holders have over 5%, Sean Hall and Farjoy Pty Ltd, so only those two classify as a substantial holder and have to notify market anyone else selling would not have to notify.
Might get a run up in price closer to the listing, it happened for IHL, could be significant upmoves, but Im pretty sure after consolidation you will be able to get in cheaper, will be extremely illiquid and ontop of that consolidations dont have a good history in almost every example recently has lead to new all time lows, can anyone point to a consolidation on asx going well?
Ill take the gamble and sell out of most my holding before consolidation record date and try to get in lower after, I dont think we are out of the woods in global macro economic environment either, inflation, recession, etc so a lot of things pointing to better entries post consolidation imo.
