They have just raised $9m with institutional and sophisticated investors, including another $1m from Dennis Eck, and an additional $1m from existing holders. If that isn't "serious investor" interest, then what is?
Funnily, the same presentation was used as their investor presentation before the raising was announced. Seems like it convinced a few.
