Thats right he did say $10-12/LB and in the next stated Co at $44/LB.
I liked the fact that he has Mengda (not sure the name) with expertise in funding negotiations as an alternative to the SKI. The best option to be chosen.
My guess is SKI will make it an attractive option to go with them for the finance.
