@ura_bull, appreciate the insight from the meeting. happy to hear they were forthright and approchable with the info. i just have a few questions that have occurred to me reading the thread here and the presentation. wondering if you couuld help with some insight.
- wondering if you could clarify the 0-40% debt to equity financing from SKI, im assuming they are taking 20% equity after the BFS, so did they explain how that is working?
- does this have to do with them backing the loan? with 20% of the loan and we are to borrow the remaining 80ish%.
- BB mentioned in an interview we are able the use SKI credit rating to access serious funders, and im seeing 4-5% mentioned in here, just wondering if there were any specifics on this. i see
@Jd2308 mentioning 5%, but im wondering if this was explicit or implied by BB? i know the lithium miners im invested in (sorry to talk about other companies but need to reference), PLS and AJM both have funding for their projects running at around 10-14% if i remember correctly. wondering if we can expect something like this for the part of the funding SKI won't be covering, or if they see us accessing rates sub 10% due to the SKI connection, which those companies didn't have when they did their raises.
- wondering about the payback time also, guess im trying to fabricate numbers for a BFS from a couple of sources, but im seeing 5yr payback time mentioned here and in your notes. dont suppose he said if that would be from loan issue, construction start, initial start up, or final ramp up?
- also wondering if our resident engineer mr
@Flippa01 could offer any insight into what the ramp up time frame looks like? i was liking the sensible time frames mentioned in the presentation (do not like people who think they can rush a $1bil job), just wondering what the numbers on that 3 year period might look like, and how that might all balance a 5yr pay back on the loan.
